Decoding #HeirloomMenu

The Dishes are  created using thoughtfully chosen ingredients with a focus on local and world conscious initiative. The First On the Menu is  MURGH SHORBA,BARLEY AND GARLIC.  Barley in Soup is a great concept, The soup was Mild with chicken bits which was prepared in a punjabi style with mild spices.

Tamarind Tandoori Chicken Wings was Delicious Starter with Tandoor Finished Chicken in Grounded Spices and the Star element is the Tamarind which gave the Sour-Sweet Flavour to the chicken. Chargha Kukkad, one for the street food delicacy. The deep-fried chicken pieces were crispy and full on Flavour of home ground spices. Murgh Dalcha Tikka, succulent chicken Roasted in yellow Lentils masala was different and delectable.

Raw Mango Chicken curry was the Stunner dish and most apt for the season. Loved the Mix of  Whole spices with the flavour of Raw Mango in it, The chicken Drumstick pieces has been well-flavoured in the Gravy and Went well with the Stuffed paratha ( crispy cereal flour bread with cauliflower and apricot).

Murgh Roast,Fateh Wal is more of a Ghee Flavoured chicken Rice and dint impress me much. Murgh Kofta Aloo Bukhara was a Different and an interesting Dish. Chicken chunk are prepared as balls and simmered in a rich stock of spices and stuffed with prunes and coriander.

The #Heirloom Menu is a Must try for the poultry Fans and who don’t mind getting their hands dirty while biting into the chicken wings.  Chef. Vijay sethi has put up a great menu With a lot of efforts which shows on the Final output on the dishes. few Interesting dishes on the menu has Won my votes.
